> WORLDS LARGEST SKATEPARK OPENS
The world's largest skatepark has recently opened in in Shanghai, China. Jiangwan Skatepark is located on the northeastern fringe of the city and cost about 100 million yuan ($12.35 million USD) to build. The 129,000 square foot complex of concrete bowls, banks, hips and rails. aims is to become the hub for extreme sports in Asia. Greg Lutzka just returned from a trip where he competed in the first contest ever held at the monster park. He took home 2nd place in the comp and spent a few days checking out the park including it's fullpipe w/sunroof. Greg claims "Shanghai could become the new Barcelona; it has tons of street spots that haven't been broke off." .....will there be a future Globe trip??
