like on the side of the main road through rosebud i think accross the road from the safeways around there ish..
What a waste of money/space and resources. 5 years time that will be the sweetest place to inject smack ever.
its funny how street plaza's that just have a shitload of flat, a ledge and a 4 stair always look better than perfect street spots
