If I sold my backyard ramp to someone and they fucked themselves up on it, could they sue me?
post a pic of the ramp and I'll tell you if there are any safety hazards.

Its just a plywood bank/kicker to bank/kicker with a flatbox in the middle.
Nothing to break off, still new
Would anyone bother with legal action sueing me, Im not wealthy.
As long as the ramps have proper support construction, and nothing crazy like nails or screws sticking out of it, you should have nothing to worry about.
they cant sue you if you didn't do any thing. They bought the mini ramp and hert themself. You didn't do anything did you?
I built it
you buy those plastic ramps from BIg W that slide along the ground when you try and jump em, anyway they have a sticker that says you bought it and anything you do that causes injury is your own fault.

go to BIG W and rip of a sticker from a kicker ramp slap it onto yours and your donE!

haha i had one of those ramps, i managed to break a hole in without ollieing into it :S
If you're really worried about it, you could make them sign a waiver. Not sure of the legality about whether you need to get it notorised by a JP or something though.
