has a few problems and possibly a gay idea but....
i was thinking about how street skating doesn't look great in videos when it's done at a park....
so what if the council built different spots around the city and surrounding areas which are legal to skate, thus not having to worry about fines from cops. e.g. a 7 stair with rail and a hubba next to the school car park. and the in a different part of town ledges and a 3 stair........
this would make it so you could travel around town and shit going to different spots without staying at a skatepark.
just an idea, but i'd like to know what other people's opinions on this are.
i dunno whether they'd go for that idea, coz they could more easily and cheaperly (is that a word) build a skate plaza and that would keep everyone in the one place so that pedestrians wouldn't complain and shit and they'd be no chance of public property around it getting destroyed.
in a perfect world maybe...
id like to see those skate plazas a bit more street like, say they tiled the ledges or made marble ledges, just basically not just plain or coloured concrete to give it more of a street feel
That would be cool..........pretty cool...but cant see it happening....it would be awesome

well that was dyrdeks original idea instead of the skateplaza, to actually build a public space where skateboarding would be legal
but since no council would ever buy that, he went with the skateplaza idea
