Pete,

When you drove over to Parkes did you go through Eugowra. I was in Parkes in January and talking to the guy who owns Old Skool he said that a park was built in Eugowra.

i don't see why having a rail over the humps is bad! if you were good enough you'd man up and gap to lipslide that bitch

Pete,

I don't know any details of Eugowra. The guy at Old School (skate shop in Parkes) said that when they built Parkes they also built Eugowra at about the same time. When I was out that way in January I didn't have enough time to drive over there to see it.

Probably not until the next rello gets knocked up and has to get married. I'll let you know mate. It could be sooner than I expect.

Ahh.. I see you're right next to the station.

See the big white house with the huge veranda on the crest of Hill St? That's where my grandparents used to live. My uncle and family lives on the corner of George and South. He's a tall skinny old guy named Mick too, and used to run the pool in the 70s-80s and sometimes works in the servo on the corner. The rest of em are scattered around Molong and other towns.

Hey Craig drove out to Eugowra and sure enough found a small concrete park.

In the midst of packing the kids, hats, sunscreen, scooter, etc etc! I forgot the camera so no pics...

Not worth going out of your way:
4 foot high 16 feet wide mini with flat bank hips off one end feeding into a 4 foot high flat bank with small fun box and rail in between.

Cheers Pete,
What ever you do, DO NOT go to Naramine (otherside of Dubbo). The so called skateboard park next to the swimming pool looks lik it was built by 4 blind council workers that do not have the sense of touch.

Funny you mention Narromine Craig,

I used to work for Narromine Shire Council and when I went for the job interview they were about to biuld the park.

I got the job as the Works Manager and couldn;t wait to build their new skatepark....

Despite telling them I had built two skateparks in QLD they started construction 1 week before I started and.... well you've obviously seen the result!
