theres a bit in there about the skatepark. such as....

theres more stuff but more to do with the doof thing rather than the skatepark. but looks like where loosing 2500 dollars towards getting that thing up and running. sad to see
Mardi Grass Doof is normally pretty full on and a top time is normally had by all its a pity that the council down there doesn't care about the smackeys but does care about the noise coming from an otherwise healthy past time that brings non drug seeking tourists to their town...
Sorry let me describe it for you , it was almost a perfect ramp you could try something on the four foot then try it on the six foot then you try it onthe vert very good for learning how to skate bigger trannies
how long was it open for back in the day?
and can i just say.....god bless the town of nimbin.....
it was never really open. you could just kinda jump the fence and go skate it. the last time i skated it the ramp seemed to be complete, they just had a few little things to finish like putting a platform on the roll-in bit etc. i guess there were a few months in 2005 where the whole thing was good, but i think i skated it in 2003-2004 when only half of it was done.
yeah one time iw as there deathmoth i saw a couple guys skating it, but they werent skating the whole thing, still some stuff there to stop em skating certain things. but now it seems completely unskateble
what sort of stuff is it welded or glued in place need to know specifics so can come prepared
