Yeah we skated Whittlesea on Saturday and although its a fucking rad design the concrete is lumpy and the coping is really fucked and uneven! Whats with the vert wall banking out at the top thats so fucking stupid! I wish Convic had done the construction because this would've been one of the most fun parks in Melbs!
Maybe if it's still in the maintenace defects liability period (usually 6-12 months from practical completion) it may be worth bringing the defects to Council's attention to hassle Council to get the contractors to fix the fuck ups (worste case senario Council could keep all of the retention monies - usually 5-10% of the contract sum and spend it on the park - if contractors refused to fix it).
